  • Manage and oversee credit assessments for clients
  • Monitor and collect outstanding invoices
  • Perform risk analysis and credit evaluation

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Create reports on collection activities and results
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams for resolutions

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of billing and collection processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
