Develop and oversee the execution of creative strategies across all brand touchpoints.
Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia professionals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align creative vision with business objectives.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across platforms.
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
Background in video production, animation, or photography.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
