About the Position

As the Creative Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ideating, executing, and overseeing all creative campaigns for Colourette. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader with strong strategic thinking, a flair for visual storytelling, and a passion for makeup and beauty. You will be responsible for developing campaign concepts, managing the execution process, and ensuring that all creative assets are aligned with our brand’s identity and messaging.



Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ideation & Strategy: Lead the creative ideation process for all campaigns, developing innovative concepts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand’s values and goals. Manage and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring resources are effectively distributed across all aspects of campaign development and execution.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept to completion, ensuring that each campaign is launched successfully, on time, and within budget. This includes but is not limited to sourcing suppliers, managing relationships with talent, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Supplier & Talent Coordination: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external suppliers, including but not limited to photographers, videographers, designers, and other vendors. Coordinate logistics and timelines with talents (models, influencers, etc.) and ensure all parties are aligned with campaign goals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Cascade approved campaign concepts to internal teams and collaborate closely on executional outputs, including—but not limited to—visual direction, messaging, campaign storytelling, social media content, PR kits, and retail visual merchandising. Ensure cohesive integration across all brand touchpoints.
  • Visual Assets Creation: Direct and produce campaign visuals, including but not limited to photography, video content, graphics, and other promotional materials. Ensure high-quality and on-brand designs for all assets.
  • Campaign Launch & Management: Manage and oversee the deployment of campaigns across multiple channels (social media, digital, print, influencer partnerships, etc.), tracking performance and adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all campaign elements are consistent with Colourette’s brand identity, tone, and messaging while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, suppliers and talents are paid on time, and campaigns are delivered within budget.
  • Trend & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest beauty and creative trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to campaigns.




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creative campaign management or a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, creative concept development, and successful executions.
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with video editing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing supplier and talent relations, including contracts and negotiations.
  • A deep understanding of social media, digital platforms, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing innovative ideas with brand consistency.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of current beauty trends.
