Description
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide creative strategies
- Manage and inspire the creative and branding team to achieve high-impact results
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, etc.) to ensure design concepts align with business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of creativity
- Evaluate project progress and ensure that final outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in branding and creative advertising role, preferably in the Philippines market
- Proven experience in managing a creative team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards of design
- Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and campaign optimization
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills and experience in working with project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail
- Strong command in English
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
