Description
- Oversee all country operations and strategy execution.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Lead and develop the local team, ensuring adherence to company values.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic actions.
- Report directly to regional leadership on performance metrics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in management, preferably in e-commerce or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in strategic partnerships, people management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive engagement.
