The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to management, maintaining our cost accounting system, conducting in-depth cost analyses, and preparing regular reports. This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Complete fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal management use.
• Conduct thorough quote analysis, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Provide monthly updates on client orders
• Develop detailed client cost breakdowns, identifying areas for potential cost savings.
• Review and analyze negotiation sheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to company pricing strategies.
• Generate comprehensive gross margin reports, identifying trends and variances.
• Maintain and update factory quotes within our Smartsheet system, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze relevant cost data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in cost accounting.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including experience delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Smartsheet. Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of statistical analysis.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Complete fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Immediate availability preferred.
