Description
- Engage customers with product knowledge and beauty advice.
- Demonstrate and promote cosmetic products through effective techniques.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product launches.
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance store performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management, teamwork, public speaking, sales training, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for cosmetics, and a proactive attitude.
