We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and Writer to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals. This role involves planning, creating, and managing engaging content for various platforms to drive audience engagement and brand growth. Responsibilities include researching, writing high-quality content, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and experience in content marketing or strategy. THE CONTENT STRATEGIST AND WRITER FOR CIVICOM WILL:

• Content Strategy Development: Create and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and marketing objectives, driving engagement and growth.
• Content Creation: Write and develop high-quality content for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content consistently reflects the business unit's brand voice and messaging guidelines across channels.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive content delivery.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility and organic traffic growth.
• Research & Innovation: Conduct competitor research and monitor trends to identify content opportunities and propose innovative approaches.
• Content Planning & Execution: Manage content calendars to ensure timely and strategic content delivery supporting business objectives.
• Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats. Proactively suggest innovative content approaches to stay ahead of market trends and enhance Civicom’s digital presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of proven experience in content strategy and content development
• Expertise in SEO best practices and content optimization
• Ability to analyze data and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
