- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and issues within submitted content.
- Maintain detailed documentation of moderation actions and decisions.
- Assist in training new moderators on best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Compliance, Collaboration, Content Moderation, Business Analysis
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow guidelines accurately and consistently
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
