- Review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines
- Evaluate, classify, and moderate text, images, and videos to ensure they meet platform standards
- Provide feedback and escalate issues to senior moderators as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to content moderation
- Analyze trends in flagged content and recommend improvements to policies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and compliance with guidelines
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, online environment
