The Social Media Content Creation Specialist is responsible for producing engaging, on-trend, and share-worthy content designed to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and strengthen loyalty across all digital platforms. The role focuses on creating viral marketing campaigns that move audiences through the customer journey—from awareness to loyalty—while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience creating viral or highly engaging social media content.

• Proficiency in video editing, reels/TikTok tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva).

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

• Creative, witty, and trend-savvy with strong copywriting skills in English/Taglish.

• Strong grasp of customer journey marketing (awareness → loyalty).
