Position Overview:
As a Contact Centre Operator at DBOS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in customer service is a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
