Description
- Oversee daily operations and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct training and development for team members

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a related industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, teamwork, public speaking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular team meetings and interaction with clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, adaptable to change, and a detail-oriented approach.
