  • Requirements

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
    • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification (preferred, depending on the role)

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services
    • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
    • Proven experience in auditing, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
    • Experience in client relationship management and handling client inquiries (for client-facing roles)

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics
    • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and tax codes (local, state, and federal)

    Knowledge and Expertise:

    • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
    • Knowledge of tax planning and compliance, including experience with tax filings
    • Ability to identify financial discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and make necessary corrections
    • Understanding of internal controls and best practices in auditing

    Communication Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and external auditors
    • Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

    Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

    • Experience in industry-specific accounting practices (e.g., real estate, healthcare, manufacturing)
    • Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning
    • Multilingual skills can be an advantage when dealing with diverse clients
