Description
- 保険組合の大規模ポータルサイト（ユーザー数：数百万人）の再構築プロジェクト
- 30年前のスクラッチオンプレミスシステムを刷新し、複数のクラウドサービスを組み合わせた新しいシステム構築を行う。
- フロントエンドはSalesforce（SFDC）を想定。
Requirements
- ITILのフレームワークを用いて運用方針を定め必要となる運用プロセスや手順、運用機能を整理し今後の運用設計の計画を立てられる要員
- ITILベースでの運用設計やプロセス整備の実務経験
- お客様（コンサル・ベンダー・業務チーム等）との調整力とコミュニケーション能力
- WBSや課題管理、タスク推進に関する基本的なドキュメント作成・管理スキル（Excel, PowerPoint 等）
- 大規模プロジェクトでの運用視点での参画経験（複数ステークホルダー調整の場数）
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
