Description
- Monitor construction sites for compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and orientation programs for workers.
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers to enhance safety practices.
- Maintain safety documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project leadership capabilities, effective inventory management, and proven teamwork skills.
- Working Conditions: On-site at construction locations, exposure to outdoor elements, and potential hazardous materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, proactive problem solver, and strong ethical standards.
