Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for workers.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and management to promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree requirement.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies:BOSH Certificate
- COSH Certificate
- Knowledge of Quality Standards
- Proficient in Construction Safety
- Team player
- MS Office proficiency
- Working Conditions: Primarily onsite in various construction environments, with potential for outdoor exposure.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and strong problem-solving skills.
