- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage project timelines, and resources effectively.
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports for management and clients.
- Resolve issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
- Approve materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.
