Duties and responsibilities include:

• Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right people
• Coordinating tasks by different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion
• Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties
• Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
• Procuring and allocating resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any unnecessary delays caused by management decisions
• Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Long-term planning to support the company’s goals

Qualifications:

• With experienced in Vertical, Horizontal and Infrastracture.
• At least ten (10) years of work experience as Operations Manager in relevant Steel structures such as buildings, infrastructure and Government Projects.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Project Management, AFES, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
