We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bridge Engineer to lead the construction supervision and quality assurance of bridge infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring structural integrity, compliance with engineering standards, and efficient coordination among stakeholders. This position demands a technically skilled professional with a deep understanding of bridge design and construction, as well as experience in international project environments.

• Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from site preparation to structural completion
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Review and approve structural drawings, design modifications, and technical submissions
• Conduct on-site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve technical issues during implementation
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and project managers
• Ensure that all construction activities align with local regulations and international engineering best practices
• Prepare progress reports, inspection logs, and documentation for client and regulatory review
• Support stakeholder meetings and liaise with international partners and consultants involved in the project

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent license)
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a strong advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bridge construction supervision, preferably in a lead or senior engineering capacity
• At least 3 years of work experience with international engineering consultants or multilateral organizations/agencies on infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of working on large-scale or complex bridge projects in line with international standards

Additional Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and bridge construction methods
• Proficient in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, MIDAS, STAAD.Pro)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities on technical matters
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in multicultural or cross-functional project teams
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and internationally recognized codes and specifications
