Description
- Oversee renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Resolve issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
- Oversee renovation projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in project management or renovations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; must adhere to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
