What is this role about?

The role is responsible for managing the construction, renovation, and maintenance of gasoline refilling stations and their associated infrastructure, including electrification systems, Metering and Regulation Stations (MRS), and Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) facilities. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. The Construction Engineer - Officer translates technical plans into actionable tasks, resolves on-site issues, and maintains accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What will YOU do?

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for gasoline refilling stations and related infrastructures (including electrification, MRS, and NFR components), ensuring adherence to approved scope, quality, budget, and timelines

  • Prepare detailed project estimates, including required materials, manpower, and equipment, to efficiently support site construction, repair, and retrofit activities

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and environmental guidelines during construction and renovation works

  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to verify conformance to technical specifications, plans, and regulatory requirements across all project phases

  • Prepare and submit accurate project reports, progress updates, evaluations, and asset transfer documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards

  • Identify and assess project risks, troubleshoot construction or maintenance issues, and develop practical solutions to prevent project delays or cost overruns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, external contractors, vendors, and government agencies to ensure the timely and compliant execution of all project activities 

  • Initiate purchase requests or orders for construction materials, tools, and parts needed for the maintenance and development of fuel and non-fuel retail infrastructure

  • Translate technical drawings and engineering plans into executable work scopes, providing guidance to contractors and in-house construction teams on proper implementation

  • Address field-level concerns and escalate critical project or personnel issues to the Project Management Supervisor, ensuring proactive resolution and continuity of operations

What will YOU need?

  • Licensed Engineer - at least 2 years of employment experience within the same capacity
