Job Description

  • Manage administrative functions including attendance tracking, office procurement, reports, and document control.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, templates, and administrative documents; coordinate with legal counsel for specialized reviews.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Drive and a secured contract repository with version control.
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment coordination, employee file management, onboarding documentation, and attendance/leave records.
  • Assist in financial tasks including reimbursements, expense tracking, petty cash, and spending analysis.
  • Oversee corporate compliance- SEC filings, GIS/AFS submission, amendments, LGU permits, and coordination with partner agencies.
  • Manage bank account processing, documentation, and communication with banking representatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient task execution and project support.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
