Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide healthcare services, maintain medical records, and promote employee wellness programs.
- Manage health records and maintain confidentiality.
- Conduct workplace health assessments and promote wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR on employee health policies.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices.
- Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers.
- Monitor workplace safety regulations and compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle emergencies.
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office or clinic setting; may require handling of medical equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, empathetic, and a strong team player.
