Description
- Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health.
- Maintain medical records and confidential information.
- Coordinate health programs and wellness initiatives.
- Educate staff on health and safety practices.
- Assist with workplace injury investigations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical assessments; PHRN certification; excellent communication skills; ability to produce clear reports; first-aid certified.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional emergency response; may involve long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills.
