Minimum Requirements:



  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License in Nursing
  • With at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field



Job Overview:



  • Maintains complete individual health record of all employees.
  • Maintains & promotes occupational health programs.
  • Leads and takes charge in the annual physical exam (APE) of all employees
  • Performs health examination, which is in the scope of nursing profession and refer the same to the physician if more extensive examination is needed.
  • Attends to emergency cases that need medical attention.
  • Acts as liaison with consulting physician and with the hospital as necessary.
  • Assists in environmental control measures, chemical exposure analysis and control, ergonomics, employee health protection, chemical hazard evaluation and related training.
  • Prepares monthly reports such as medicine inventory health report, annual medical report submitted to section head, DOLE, CDC & other Gov't agency.
  • Recommend and/ or issue of fit to work to those employees on sick leave, and approval sick leave
  • Maintains confidentiality of all records especially those w/ special cases.
  • Issue memo concerning lectures, issues on certain employee & etc.
  • Provide healthcare services to worker population with the goal of a safe & healthy work environment.
  • Effectively monitor medical analysis based on the annual medical examination
