Job Responsibilities

1. Transports their respective Japanese expatriate to the company or to other destinations as desired by the expat
2. Ensures that the Japanese expatriates and products are brought to their respective concern/destination safely
3. Ensure that company vehicles are used for official business only. Provide accurate time records of vehicles arrival and departures to destinations.
4. Adhere to all traffic laws, rules and regulations. Immediately report to superior any incident involving the assigned vehicle.
5. Responsible for keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained. Ensure that required preventive maintenance of the assigned vehicle are carried out as planned.
6. Keep mileage and maintenance records up to date and available when needed.
7. Ensure that the vehicle accessories are in good condition and tools are available.
8. Willing to work on Holidays, Sundays and on extended time.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

1. At least high school graduate with Professional driver’s license with B Restrictions
2. With at least 1 year-experience as professional company executive driver
3. Working knowledge on defensive driving, time management and car routine maintenance
4. Working knowledge of the route and roads in Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila areas
5. Ability to utilize navigation tools like maps, GPS systems and similar tools
6. Good customer and internal personal skills
