Job Description:

• Responsible for the overall planning and daily operations of Facebook communities, including group creation, content posting, and user engagement.
• Develop community operation strategies to increase engagement and user retention, creating a highly interactive and conversion-driven community ecosystem.
• Plan and publish high-quality content (images, videos, events, etc.) based on brand positioning and user needs.
• Maintain relationships with core users, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and handle feedback and complaints.
• Monitor key community metrics regularly (e.g., active users, engagement rate, conversion rate), and generate performance reports.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); able to use English as a working language.
• At least 1 year of experience in Facebook or overseas community operations, with a solid understanding of Facebook platform rules and user behavior.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond quickly to community members and clients.
• Experience in planning and executing online events and activities.
• Strong data analysis skills.
