Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of community specialists.

Develop and implement community engagement strategies.

Monitor and report on community performance metrics

Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to integrate community feedback.

Manage conflicts, moderation, and uphold community guidelines.

Oversee community programs (ambassador, events, etc.).

Requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years in community management or customer success, with 1+ year in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Data-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
