Job Responsibilities

Identify and expand KOC resources on overseas social platforms (such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.), and maintain the resource database.

Communicate and collaborate with KOCs, sign agreements, and develop personalized incentive programs.

Guide and review KOC content to ensure compliance with brand requirements and regulations.

Plan and execute online events to increase project exposure and participation.

Monitor and analyze KOC data to optimize operational strategies.

Manage overseas communities, maintain positive interactions, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for relevant majors.

At least 2 years of experience in KOC or community operations, familiar with overseas social media platforms.

Proficient in office software, with strong English writing and content review skills.

Ability to plan and execute events, with good communication, coordination, and teamwork spirit.

Detail-oriented, strong under pressure, quick learner, with a keen interest in the industry.
