Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Contacting clients for collections, negotiating payment terms, maintaining records.
- Responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients to facilitate debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to legal guidelines.
- Analyze client accounts to identify potential risks and solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills; basic sales techniques.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with a regular 9-to-5 schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Resilient, detail-oriented, empathetic, and goal-driven.
