• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account balances
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat
• Assist with collections while maintaining a professional and courteous tone
• Accurately document interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months - 2 years of CSR experience (billing or collections )
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
• Willing to work on day or night shifts
