• Manage and monitor accounts for timely collections
• Reach out to clients regarding payment reminders and overdue balances
• Process policy renewals and ensure smooth continuation of client accounts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and payment-related queries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in collections, renewals, or account management is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
