- Receives and checks all liquidation/documents by 100% accuracy.
- Checks approved quotation by customer and prepare billing for facilitation.
- Billing preparations and transmittal to assigned clients
- Provide costing for profit/loss analysis by using PRO System.
- Monitoring and transmit of APC client container deposit refund/checks
- Monitor and follow-up collections to client
- Monitor and update accounts receivable once a week.
- Monitor and update SOA of all consignee.
- Records all amount of invoices to there corresponding sheets.
- Prepare receiving copy for bill send out to the clients
