Description
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on collection metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in collections or credit risk management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Asset Management, RFP preparation, Risk Control Strategy, Credit Risk Control, and Credit Analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Collect outstanding debts, maintain documentation, assess credit risk, and develop effective collection strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential for remote work, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, persistent, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
