The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. The role ensures high-quality output and supports production efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules and specifications.
•  Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
•  Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
•  Maintain accurate production records and reports.
•  Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines
• Education: Graduate of vocational course and or holding National Certification in Machine Operation / CNC, or equal.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools, and CNC programming is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and machine maintenance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
