JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and coordinate all clinic operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline clinic workflows and improve patient experience
• Oversee the financial management of the clinic, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost-control measures
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and positive health outcomes
• Manage and develop a team of administrative and clinical staff, providing mentorship and training as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, medical partners, and other stakeholders
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic operations role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, best practices, and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and the use of relevant healthcare software and technologies
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
