- Informs, notifies and answers client inquiries through email, telephone, and other social media platforms used in communication regarding the patient’s medical status.

- Sends medical reports for client/company approval and additional requirements in case of patient’s pending medical examination.

- Facilitates endorsed rush patients by checking and monitoring endorsements through referral forms, email, and phone calls, and follow-up patient results with various units for PEME status.

- Coordinates and sends test results to the client/company and ensures that the policy is followed prior to sending to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

- Coordinates with the accredited health card (HMO) agency by contacting the person in-charge to secure approval.

Job Qualifications:

- College undergraduate or graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree.

- Experience is an advantage but not required.

- Very good communication skills and telephone etiquette.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Can start work immediately
