Description
- Assist doctors with patient consultations and medical procedures
- Perform patient registration and record keeping
- Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions
- Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other administrative and clinic-related duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, clinic management software, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
