Description

  • Daily census updates including addition/deletion of members, updating crew vessel assignments, and client and manning transfers.
  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly invoice details preparation.
  • Presentation of Medical plan during Pre-Departure Orientation Seminars (PDOS) to clients.
  • Provide update census list to local partner providers for issuance of membership cards and records.
  • Provide assistance on client issues and ensure that reported complaints are resolved.
  • Escalate issues as needed and work with support teams to increase customer satifaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/college degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • 2–3-year work experience in a comparable, professional services environment and client service experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to effectively work as a member of a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills (oral and written).
