Job Description:

The Project Manager (Registered Civil Engineer) is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects. The role involves managing project teams and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and company standards. Willing to Relocate in EL- SALVADOR CAGAYAN DE ORO

Qualifications:

• Licensed / Registered Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in handling construction projects and managing people
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams, site personnel, and subcontractors
• Willing to be assigned to various project locations and willing to relocate as required by the company
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site supervision
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from project initiation to completion
• Lead, supervise, and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
• Prepare and submit project reports, accomplishment reports, and required documentation
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical, operational, and manpower-related issues on site

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent project delays.

• Ensure project targets and deadlines are achieved.
