• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction management, cost estimation, or surveying.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost analysis, surveying techniques, civil engineering principles, and project management.
• Working Conditions: Field and office work required; must be willing to work on-site and occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
