Description
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing requirements from the market, users, and business departments through user research, competitive analysis, and other methods to gain an in-depth understanding of user needs and market trends, providing a foundation for product optimization and innovation.
- Assist in drafting detailed requirement documentation that clearly describes product functions, processes, and rules, ensuring that development, design, and other teams can accurately understand and execute.
2. Product Design and Planning
- Under the guidance of superiors, participate in the design and planning of exchange products, including transaction functionality, user interface, and business processes, with a focus on user experience and product usability.
- Create product prototype diagrams to illustrate the interface layout, interaction processes, and functional details, working closely with the design team to ensure that the product's visual design and user experience meet expectations.
3. Project Advancement and Coordination
- Assist in driving the implementation of product development projects, closely communicating and collaborating with R&D, testing, operations, and other departments, coordinating resources, tracking project progress, and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure the product is launched on schedule.
- Assist in organizing product requirement reviews, design reviews, and other meetings, recording meeting content, and tracking the execution of resolutions.
4. Data Tracking and Analysis
- Responsible for collecting and organizing product-related data, establishing a data tracking system, regularly analyzing product usage, user behavior, and business metrics to provide data support for product optimization.
- Assist in drafting data analysis reports to evaluate product performance, user experience, and business effectiveness, providing improvement suggestions and optimization plans.
5. Market and Competitive Research
- Stay informed about industry dynamics, policies and regulations, and technological development trends in the exchange sector, collecting and organizing relevant information to provide references for product strategy.
- Analyze and research competitors' products, summarizing their strengths and weaknesses to offer suggestions for differentiated competition in products.
Requirements
1. Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. **Work Experience**: 1 - 3 years of relevant product-related work experience; candidates with experience in exchanges, financial technology, or internet finance are preferred.
3. **Professional Skills
- Familiar with product design processes and methodologies, proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Mockplus, and Xmind, capable of independently completing product prototype design and writing requirement documents.
- Possess certain data analysis skills, proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, able to identify problems from data and propose solutions.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading knowledge, familiarity with trading products such as stocks, futures, and digital currencies is preferred.
