Description
- Prepare high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Create innovative menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, customer service, strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and efficient mise-en-place.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, adaptable, team player, and passionate about food.
