Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
• Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
• Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
• Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
