Description

Develop agent-based platform products (including backend systems and frontend interfaces) tailored to industry business scenario requirements, creating agent products that support business processes.
Understand the foundation of LLM architecture and invocation methods, systematically enhancing the performance, reliability, and intelligence level of AI agent systems, with the ability to efficiently analyze model results and conduct secondary development.
RGA Optimization: Utilize open-source products such as flowrag and langchain to enhance the information retrieval and generation capabilities of large models.

Requirements

Familiarity with the MCP protocol and experience in client-server architecture development and integration
Proficient in Python programming, capable of developing, debugging, and optimizing AI agent-related functional modules, writing high-quality, maintainable code, familiar with Python-related frameworks, and experienced in using these frameworks for web application development, able to quickly set up and deploy API interfaces to achieve efficient interaction between AI agents and external systems
Familiar with the use of LLM agent development tool frameworks, such as Langchain, Langgraph, Llamaindex, Microsoft Autogen, etc.
Knowledgeable about commonly used middleware systems such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, etc., capable of utilizing these middleware for data storage, cache management, and messaging to support the efficient operation of AI agent systems
In-depth understanding and application ability of cloud-native components such as Docker and Kubernetes, able to use containerization technology for the deployment, management, and scaling of AI agent applications, ensuring high availability and scalability of the system
Familiar with the latest research achievements in the AI agent technology field and have enterprise-level agent development experience
Strong communication skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues
Preferred qualifications
Ability to prepare data for fine-tuning large models, optimizing the performance of large models on specific tasks
Familiar with the internal architecture and working principles of relevant large models, including but not limited to transformer layers, attention mechanisms, model training, and fine-tuning strategies
