Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for degrees in computer-related fields;
• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Product Management (TPM) or development, with a preference for candidates with full-stack or back-end development backgrounds;
• Familiarity with project management processes and agile development practices, able to effectively drive task implementation;
• Experience with bug tracking management, able to use tools (such as JIRA) for defect tracking and management;
• Product testing experience, with familiarity in test case design and defect verification processes;
• Basic Linux operation and maintenance skills, able to conduct simple server checks and log analysis;
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Sentry) for configuration and usage, able to monitor project status and issues in real-time;
• Familiar with Git version control, able to participate in code management and change tracking;
• CET-6 or above in English, with good reading and writing abilities, able to understand technical documentation fluently;
• Quick learning ability, willing to accept and apply new technologies and concepts, with an open attitude towards technological innovation;
• Goal-oriented, able to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, with strong stress resistance;
• Proactive in summarizing, able to leverage technical and management skills to quickly resolve project issues;
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a sense of responsibility and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduates from 211 or 985 universities preferred;

PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred;

Experience managing environments on Google Cloud or AWS;

Technical development background, able to understand and follow through on technical implementation details;

Familiar with CI/CD automation deployment processes and tools;

High scores in TOEFL or IELTS preferred, with excellent English communication skills.
