Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, customer management, problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical skills, and service-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle cash transactions, assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
