Description
- Responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments while providing a high level of customer service.
- Manage refunds and exchanges, ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assistance with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
Requirements
- Job Title: Cashier
- 18-45 Yrs Old
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required for foundational knowledge.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
