Description
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cash register and ensure cash levels are adequate.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking items as needed.
- Support sales initiatives through suggestive selling and promotions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong customer service skills, cashiering expertise, and teamwork ability
- Qualities and Traits:Analytical thinker and effective problem solver
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to use POS systems accurately
- Working Conditions:Fast-paced retail environment
